3. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
We offer customization on selected products.
- Customers must provide accurate personalization details
- Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled
- Custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of defects or errors
4. ORDER PROCESSING
All products are made-to-order unless stated otherwise.
- Processing time: 3–7 business days
- Handmade production may take longer during peak seasons
- We reserve the right to extend processing time if necessary
5. SHIPPING POLICY

- Delivery time depends on destination and carrier
- Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information
- Bliss is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the handmade nature of our products:
- We do not accept returns for change of mind
- Refunds/replacements are only provided if:
- Item arrives damaged
- Wrong item was sent
Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo proof.
