Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Bliss, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Items must be in original packaging

We will offer you REFUND or REPLACEMENT in case the package is lost in transit, insufficient quality or coming to you in damaged condition. We will review the photos/videos you send of the defective item, and if your item is eligible, we will resend the product to you. 

We strongly recommend that customers film an unboxing video to serve as evidence if any items are missing, damaged, or compromised during shipping. This documentation helps us to check again with our staffs or work with the insurance company to protect the customer's rights.

If these conditions are not met, we may not be able to process your request.

2. Return & Exchange Period

Return or exchange requests must be made within:

30 days of delivery

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

3. Exchanges

You may request an exchange if:

The item is defective
You received the wrong product
You need a different size or style (subject to availability)

If the new item has a higher value, you will need to pay the difference.
If the new item has a lower value, the remaining balance will not be refunded.

4. Returns & Refunds

All approved returns will be issued as:

Store credit:

Is valid for 30 days
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Must be used in a single transaction
Cannot be extended after expiration

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

Provide your order number and reason for return
Carefully pack the item in original packaging
Ship the item using a trackable shipping method

Once we receive your item, processing typically takes 3–5 business days.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include photos for verification

We will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or store credit.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

 Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. So please review your order carefully   before you check out to ensure your order is correct
 Improper care, damages in use. 
 Insufficient shipping addresses
 Invalid address entry. So please check your address carefully before you check out. 

8. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Bliss is not responsible for lost return packages, so we recommend using a tracked shipping service.

9. Final Decision

Bliss reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
