At Bliss, we carefully prepare and ship each order to ensure it arrives safely and on time.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.

The shipping cost and time now are depending on your selected items, shipping method, and location.

1. TIME FRAME
Estimated delivery time is as follows:

Each piece is carefully handmade, requiring 3-7 business days for production. With a limited number of skilled artisans and high demand, orders are fulfilled strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. If this item holds special meaning for you, we truly encourage placing your order as soon as possible to secure production and ensure timely delivery for your special occasion.

Order processing time: 3-7 business days
Estimated Shipping Time: 7-12 business days

Please note that the delivery time might vary depending on types of product and location.

2. SHIPPING FEE
The shipping fee will vary depending on the weight of the parcel. Customers can check the shipping fee before completing the order at the Checkout page. At Bliss, we offer FREESHIP for every order with the value equal to or above $100.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

- It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to the strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT hold responsibility for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
- If your order is already processed or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.

NOTE:
- Sometimes shipping times vary due to circumstances out of our control, such as:
Strikes
Weather
Time of Year (e.g. Holiday Season)
Large or Bulky Items
Shipping Provider Error
If any of the above scenarios occur with your package we promise to keep you well informed with as much information that is available to us.

- As for international shipping, we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-8 weeks, or possibly longer for the slow-to-ship countries listed below. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fees due to the geographical location.

- We is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country. Bliss will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
